Since that day, we have been in contact with support to review the reasons for the ban, but we have not received any response since then. I understand that on that day, a user entered the room and mentioned the age of a family member (a minor), and we are aware of Chaturbate's zero tolerance policy on these issues. Even so, we warned the user to please not mention or discuss topics involving minors, or we would be forced to expel him. The user apologized and continued talking about other topics with the model. Perhaps our mistake was not expelling the user immediately, but we apologize for this and will take it into account to avoid future sanctions.
I would like to know if something can be done to clarify this situation?
