It is not clear from what you're saying if you've contacted support already or not. If you haven't, you should do it ASAP as they are going to be the ones reviewing your case and ultimately helping you to lift the ban if that's possible.
Don't send multiple emails or open multiple tickets regarding the same issue, as that most likely will delay their response. The support team often takes more than one week to answer, so patience is advised.

I hope you get a positive outcome, but depending on the reason, the ban could become permanent. This is a possibility you should take into account so you can work on a contingency plan.
