I have been a longstanding member of CB, but usually just as a tipper. I had completed an age verification request many years ago, not streamed at all (aside from c2c), and eventually my ID expired. Several months ago, I noticed the prompt in my account to update my age verification. But since nothing I was using in my account was impacted (tipping, c2c, chatting) I didnt complete it immediately.
Due to recent health issues that have kept me from working... I started to think about streaming on CB to supplement my short term disability pay. I completed the updated age verification and I was banned within 10 minutes after being Approved. I wasnt actively watching any user or broadcasting when the ban happened.. so I have been trying to see if it was an error or what happened exactly.
