This is my main source of income right now, so the delay is causing financial strain. I understand there are many cases, but any guidance on timing would really help. Hi, reviews take something between a few days and a couple of weeks. Since the rep already acknowledge they received your message, it's probably going to be days rather than weeks.

As noted above, you're no longer going to receive correspondence from CB support, so it's time to move on. Locking this thread, and further attempts to discuss your CB account here will be deleted/cause you to be banned.
