My Chaturbate account username jessica_soon was banned about a year ago, and I still do not know the exact reason for the suspension. All of my attempts to contact support have received only automatic replies, without a reference number or further explanation.
I suspect that my account may have been blocked because of my youthful appearance, but I am a legal adult and meet all requirements to work on the platform. I have read the platform rules in detail and have not violated them.
I would be very grateful if you could help me understand the reason for my ban and assist me in regaining access to my account. I truly love Chaturbate and would like to continue working on this platform in the future.

Ouch, I hope it wasn't a NEW inquiry, because you actually had momentum going with support...

Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages on the same inquiry may delay our response.

Yes, I understand that many letters will delay the response, but I did not find the letter you are writing about at the post office in any of the folders, so I resent one letter. I don't bother email support every day. But I’m still waiting for an answer to understand the reason for blocking my account...
