My account Sirdancealot62 was banned on March 19th, I immediately sent a support form and had an automated response saying form was received, but no ticket number. I have had no response since. Only just found this site, so I am afraid I have sent further requests without realizing the consequences. :(
I also set up a new account Doctor_36 so I could continue with my favorite models, I have added tokens but cant use them, I have sent support forms but again no response other than the automated one, and no ticket number.

It would could to know that they have at least received my questions, then I can wait patiently :)
