Hi, I hope you are well.

I am writing regarding my previous Stripchat account, "Miss_Katt."

I originally worked under a studio in Kenya. After leaving the studio because of mistreatment, the studio gave my account access to another girl without my permission or consent. Unfortunately, that person violated Stripchat rules, and the account was permanently banned.

At the time, I contacted support to explain the situation, but I was informed that no further accounts from Kenya were being accepted.

Recently, I learned that Kenyan models are allowed to register again, so I attempted to create a new account as an independent model using my own valid passport and documents. However, my verification was rejected, likely because of the previous banned account connected to my identity.

I would like to respectfully request a manual review of my case. I was not the person responsible for the rule violations that caused the ban, and I no longer work with that studio. I am now applying independently and would appreciate the opportunity to verify my identity and work in compliance with Stripchat rules.

If needed, I am willing to provide additional identification, proof of ownership of the original account, or any other information required. Tried contacting again today with this email because I don't know the email he uses in creating my account janeotieno406@gmail.com and this is my request number (3268278) .

Thank you for your time and consideration. I sincerely hope you will help me out.

Thank you for explaining the situation.

I can see that the original permanent block occurred over two years ago. As outlined in our Terms of Service, when a person is permanently blocked from the platform, they are not permitted to create additional accounts, and further registration attempts may be rejected.

I also want to clarify that moderation reviews are already handled manually. Cases are reviewed by the Moderation team prior to a permanent block being issued.

That said, I can see that you opened a new ticket this past weekend. Support will review the request and any new info provided, so at this stage the best thing to do is allow the team time to investigate and respond directly through the ticket.
