Better to wait for a response. You've already contacted them. They're aware of your inquiry, due to the automated reply email you received. Every new inquiry has the potential to just move you to the end of the line. It even says as much in that automated email you received.

@punker barbie Thanks, they answered, but now they need me to write a message and then they will unblock me, but they don’t answer again and I have to wait another week?

@punker barbie Today they replied that the account is working, but it still doesn't work( when I click broadcast, it redirects to the document upload page and there it says User confirmed in green. what should I do?

Give it a few hours. Usually it takes that long before the account is able to broadcast after they have sent the email saying that "All is OK now for streaming".
Unfortunately it does take up to a day sometimes before things are returned to normal
