Hi, it happened to me several times that they didn't confirm it. They say it's a bad picture, but the picture was perfectly fine. So I sent them an ID + FACE to email. And the worker checked it. And then they told me he was approved. The system is also not successful and one hundred percent.

Make sure the passport corner is not touching your face or overlapping even a tiny portion of your face, make sure your full face is showing from forehead to chin, make sure all sides of the passport are visible i mean aside from the 2 fingers holding it open and your thumb supporting it from behind.
