Account Deactivated, Chaturbate Support Not Responding

Hi,

I had deactivated my chaturbate account, but decided that I wanted to reactivate it. The deactivation email said I had 7 days to change my mind / reverse the process. After three days, I messaged Chaturbate support asking to reactivate the account. It said support was available 24/7, so when I didn't hear anything by the next day, I followed up. It's now day 6, and I've submitted the form on the website asking to have it reactivated, I've emailed support, I've selected "This wasn't me, lock account" (which says to email support to gain access back to the account), I've even selected "No, this doesn't answer my question" at the bottom of the automated support emails. I haven't heard anything back from support and I'm worried that we're going to lose access to the account. My wife and I didn't have the best start to camming but after giving it some more thought, we decided that we wanted to keep on trying. Is there anyone that can help me with this? @punker barbie ?
