Account Falsely flagged and banned

Hi @punker barbie I was randomly falsely flagged/reported for being underage, which is obviously not the case. It's be almost a month and I only just got an automated response telling me to verify my age with ID about a week ago. I'm not really a broadcaster, rarely ever cam (it's been months). I've had this account for years, have made lots of purchases, and suddenly now out of the blue I'm being flagged as underage? It doesn't make sense. Anyway, I never heard from support again and would love to know what my options are, I'd rather not upload my ID unless absolutely necessary. Never got a ticket number or anything. I also never understood how a well standing account for years can be falsely reported and immediately be banned for something like this, with that logic every account should be flagged until proven otherwise. As backwards as this system is I'd like to know if there is any chance of recovering this account and moving on from this, because when I made a new one my payment option was flagged and that got banned too. I do just plan on submitting a bank dispute for that one since support won't answer yet they just basically took my money and told me to kick rocks. I don't even understand why the payment would even go though if in that's the case? the username is hey_wild_thing. Thanks for taking the time to read and hopeful help clear things up!

Duh... YOU, the person are banned... not just your previous account. You need to solve any outstanding issues associated with YOU, before creating any new accounts.
I do just plan on submitting a bank dispute for that one since support won't answer yet they just basically took my money and told me to kick rocks.
That's definitely one way to go about it, but be warned that this too will prevent you from EVER using CB again under any account, with your current identification credentials.

Ok, thanks for let me know! It was an automated response, no support members responded. Glad to know some AI does the moderation and support responses. Either that or some random user that has it out for me, spam reported enough to get my account flagged. I don’t know if I’ll be spending anymore time or money on website that bans with zero proof or real explanation. This ban first ask questions laters system is a joke. Why should I let them store more sensitive data on me when I don’t even broadcast, this is clearly their mistake, and they couldn’t care less if have any evidence to back up this claim? If this how they treat long time users I can only imagine how they treat the models. I enjoyed the community but it might be time to move on if that’s all it takes to disrupt things.
