I'm very upset with Chaturbate and what happened last night and I'm hoping someone can help me out. This entire mess has ruined my weekend and now I have to deal with a headache and a huge loss of money. Basically I had a Chaturbate account from the past that got banned. I never used the account again and it remains banned (or it could be closed now, I don't know) I was browsing around on Chaturbate last night and saw a girl that I used to watch a lot and tip and I wanted to go back in her room and say hi, maybe send a couple tips and put a smile on her face. So I created a brand new Chaturbate account, everything seemed fine with it up until the point where I purchased tokens (not sure if it recognized my credit card or name and associated me with the banned account?) but after I purchased 1000 tokens which is actually OVER $100 CAD, they banned my account right away. I can still log in and I see the 1000 tokens sitting in my account but I can't click on anything or use the site at all. They basically stole my money and ran. I tried contacting them but it's the weekend and so there are no replies as of yet. When I had issues with them with my previous account they would never reply to me, I sent a bunch of emails and it took them like 2 or 3 weeks before they actually said anything, and it wasn't helpful. The phone times were so long that the automated system would automatically hang up my phone after already making me hold for over 40 minutes.
Does anyone know, if they suddenly decide to answer their phones tomorrow when I call, will they be able to give me my money back? What can I do?
