even though I've been doing this for so many years, I was naive & stupid. I have only now realized how important a block list for words in chat is and that I have to block strange conversations instead of communicating / actioning with kindness or fun.
I was banned on February 10th during a public show. Immediately afterwards, I wrote two short messages because I thought it was just a misunderstanding.
I realized later what happened and I wrote an email to the support on February 15th.
When you @punker barbie could take a look at the case? That would be really nice and I'm grateful for that.
