Dear @Stella_SC , @Elira_SC ,[ @xChloe and other ones;

Please read carefully. I don't want any favoritism or exceptions; I only want a fair trial, a just hearing as I deserve, and if I have violated any rules, proof should be presented. Even your team members admitted their mistakes (I've included image number 5), but they asked me to send a message to my registered email address, to proceed. However, despite trying to reach you dozens of times from that email address, it keeps going to spam, and I receive no response. This problem has been going on for months and has reached a truly frustrating point. It's not just Stripchat; the psychological pressure it's putting on me is even affecting my income on other platforms. I'm tired of waiting for a solution.

I am writing this email after months of trying to resolve the same issue through every official channel available.

I would like to make one thing absolutely clear from the beginning:

I am not asking for favoritism, an exception, or special treatment.

I am simply asking for what every customer deserves:

  • a fair review,
  • an objective investigation,
  • and if you believe I violated any rule, clear evidence showing exactly what I did wrong.
At this point, I genuinely feel that I am being punished not because of my own actions, but because I followed the instructions given by your own support team.

1. First Suspension – Case YOBP-000358349

My viewer account O****Drawers was previously suspended for alleged spam.

I appealed the decision.

The appeal was rejected.

I appealed again.

And again.

For approximately 25 days, I had to send over 600 emails before anyone actually reviewed the case properly.

For almost every one of those emails I received the exact same response:

"The decision is final."
Eventually, however, under case #2708334, your team manually reviewed the case and admitted that the suspension resulted from your automated spam detection system.

My account was restored.

I even received an apology.

This is extremely important because it proves two things:

  • "Final decision" does not always mean the decision was correct.
  • Your automated systems can make mistakes.
This is already documented in your own records.

2. What Happened After My Account Was Restored

Once my account was restored, I contacted support with a completely different request.

I had spent a long time building my network.
I had approximately 2,600 friends and over 600 of them are valuable users above level 50, and considering the time elapsed, this number is likely get close to 1000...
Many of them were loyal viewers.
I wanted to become a model.

Naturally, I asked whether my viewer account could be converted into a model account.

Your team informed me that this was impossible.

That was completely acceptable to me.

I then asked for alternative solutions.

3. The Instructions Given by Your Own Support Team

Your colleagues repeatedly informed me that the only available solution was:

  • create a brand-new model account;
  • inform my existing contacts individually from my viewer account.
This instruction appears multiple times throughout case #2708334.

One of the messages literally states:

"The only available option is to create a new model account and inform your contacts individually through your existing user account."
Not "maybe."

Not "at your own risk."

Not "this could violate our rules."

It was presented as the only available solution.

(This is clearly indicated in images 1, 2, 3, and 4.)

4. I Explicitly Warned Your Team

This is the part that continues to be ignored.

Before sending those messages I warned your support team multiple times.

I told them clearly:

Sending individual messages to over two thousand contacts could easily trigger another spam detection.

I specifically explained that I was worried about exactly the situation that eventually happened.

Despite my concerns, multiple support agents insisted that:

  • this was the correct approach;
  • this was the only available option;
  • I needed to inform everyone individually.
Several different agents repeated this advice throughout the conversation.

5. I Followed Your Instructions Exactly

Because I trusted your official support team, I did exactly what I was told.

I created a new independent model account.

I began informing my existing contacts.

Important facts:

  • I did not send public advertisements.
  • I did not message random strangers.
  • I contacted only people already on my friends list.
  • Most of them were existing viewers or models with whom I had previous interaction.
  • The messages were short, polite and informational.
I believed I was acting in accordance with the guidance your team had provided.

6. Second Suspension – Case JPUH-0003976885

Only a few days later, my account was permanently suspended again for spam.

This is the exact outcome I had warned your team about beforehand.

So today I am permanently banned for following instructions that originated from Stripchat Support itself.

That is the central issue.

7. The Contradiction Nobody Has Addressed

Every response I receive ignores the same fundamental contradiction.

Your support team instructed me to perform a specific action.

I followed those instructions.

That same action is now considered a violation.

How can both of those statements be true simultaneously?

Either:

  • your support team provided incorrect guidance,
or

  • my actions should never have been treated as intentional spam.
Instead, I am being held responsible for guidance that came directly from your own representatives.

8. Communication Has Completely Broken Down

After the second suspension I attempted to contact support using the registered email address:

Unfortunately every email now receives the same automated response stating that the decision is final.

No human review occurs.

Because of that communication dead-end, I also tried contacting support through additional official addresses.

I included:

  • case numbers;
  • identity verification references;
  • screenshots;
  • complete conversations;
  • evidence of the instructions given by support.
Despite all of this, I still receive only automated responses.

So I must ask:

How exactly am I supposed to communicate with your support team if every email from the registered address is automatically closed before anyone reviews it?

This situation has become impossible to resolve through normal channels.

Also i have already been contacting you from the registered email address for a long time, and I still do not receive any real response — only automated “final decision” replies.

Because of this communication failure, I also tried reaching out through:

help@stripchat.com

dars@stripchat.com

sena@stripchat.com

tara@stripchat.com

chloe@stripchat.com

sid@stripchat.com

Also, when I couldn't reach you via my registered email, I tried contacting you from 6 different email addresses. They told me I was right and that opening a ticket through my registered email would resolve my account issue. However, I can't reach the support team through my registered email, and when I try to open a ticket, I automatically receive spam emails. This situation is really frustrating. And as you can see in image 5, your teammate clearly acknowledges that I'm right.

I sent dozens of emails explaining the full situation, including:

9. Even Your Own Records Contradict Your Current Position

Your current position is essentially:

"The moderation decision is final."

However, the exact same statement was made hundreds of times during my first suspension.

Eventually that decision was reversed.

My account was restored.

An apology was issued.

Therefore, your own history demonstrates that moderation decisions can be incorrect and can be corrected.

That is precisely why I continue requesting a proper manual review.

10. What I Am Actually Requesting

I am not asking anyone to ignore your Community Guidelines.

I am not asking for an exception.

I am not asking for preferential treatment.

I am requesting:

  • a genuine manual review of the complete history;
  • review of all conversations under:
    • YOBP-000358349
    • JPUH-0003976885
    • #2708334
  • consideration of the screenshots attached;
  • acknowledgement of the guidance given by your own support team;
  • and if moderation still believes I violated your rules, a clear explanation of how following official support instructions became my personal responsibility.

11. Identity Verification References

To avoid requesting the same documents again, here are the previous verification references:

  • #2708334
  • #2682009
  • #2694124
  • #2672089

Final Statement

I have now spent months trying to resolve this issue.

I have sent hundreds of emails.

I have provided every document requested.

I have remained cooperative despite repeated automated responses and contradictory guidance.

At this stage, I believe the issue is no longer whether spam rules exist.

The real issue is accountability.

Your own support team instructed me to take a course of action that I repeatedly warned could trigger spam detection.

I followed those instructions in good faith.

I was then permanently suspended for doing exactly what I had been told to do.

I cannot accept that this constitutes a fair or objective outcome.

Therefore, I respectfully request one final comprehensive manual review based on the complete history rather than isolated tickets or automated conclusions.

If, after reviewing all evidence, you still conclude that I personally violated your rules independently of the guidance I received, I ask that you specify exactly which action constituted the violation and provide the evidence supporting that conclusion.

I believe that is a reasonable request and the minimum standard of procedural fairness.

I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,[/USER]

Hello @OnlyDrawerss

We've reviewed this matter thoroughly on multiple occasions and have considered the information you've provided. However, our position has not changed and your account will remain permanently banned.

Our previous guidance was that you could personally and individually reach out to your friends and let them know about your new model account. By "reach out," we meant the kind of one-on-one, organic communication that naturally happens between friends.

Our guidance was to reconnect with your friends through normal, individual communication. It was not a recommendation to copy and repeatedly send the same message to large numbers of people. Repeatedly sending identical messages is the type of behavior our...
Regular users cannot randomly add other users on Stripchat. These were people who had already purchased access, added me, accepted my request, or were already on my existing friends list. I wasn't scraping random users or sending unsolicited messages across the platform.

Regular users can send unsolicited friend requests to other users but you already know that.

Hello @OnlyDrawerss

Ok, I'm going to ask you to please take a break from the emails, PMs and from additionally replying on this post 😂... I'll look into this (again) and see if there is anything I can do.

As you know, I'm a real person—and so is everyone else on our Support and Moderation teams. We don't use AI to review cases; every case is looked at by actual people.

Sending us 3,000 emails doesn't speed up your case. It actually has the opposite effect. It makes the situation more complicated, creates confusion, and ties up resources, which slows down not only your case but everyone else's as well.

You've also been tagging and messaging colleagues whose responsibilities are outside this forum and outside the English-speaking community. Unfortunately, that doesn't speed up your case either. For clarity, the only colleague who may respond here is Elira, and that's only if I'm away on holiday or off sick. Since I'm here, I'll be the one looking into your case.

On top of that, when thousands of emails are coming in from one person (plus PMs and forum posts), there's a greater chance that important information gets buried or overlooked. That's exactly why sending that many messages ends up making things harder instead of helping.

I'll review everything you've already sent and get back to you.

Thank you, Stella. I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to look into this.

And you're absolutely right—sending thousands of emails isn't a good solution. I never wanted it to reach that point.

The reason it escalated like this is because every time I contacted Support, I received a response from a different person. Each new agent would say something like, "I'm sorry to hear that. Please explain the situation in detail so I can help you." So I would spend a long time writing everything again, attaching all the screenshots and references, only for the next reply to come from someone else asking me to explain everything from the beginning again.

That cycle repeated over and over for months. It felt like no one was reading the previous conversation, and I was constantly starting from scratch.

I understand now that sending so many emails wasn't helpful, but from my perspective, I simply didn't know what else to do because I couldn't get a consistent conversation with a single person.

I really appreciate you taking ownership of the case. That's honestly all I've been asking for—one person to review the complete timeline from beginning to end instead of isolated emails.
Thank you very much for your support—I truly appreciate it.

If there's anything I can do to help speed up the review, or if you need any additional documents, screenshots, or information, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm more than happy to cooperate in any way that helps resolve this matter.

After everything that has happened over the past several months, all I'm asking for is a fair review and a clear explanation.

As I've said many times before, I did not intentionally engage in any rule-breaking activity. I simply followed the instructions provided by Stripchat's own Support Team.

I didn't send unsolicited friend requests or random promotional messages. Every message was sent manually to people who were already on my existing friends list—users and models I had previously interacted with and who had shown interest in my future streams.

Thank you again for taking the time to review my case. It genuinely means a lot, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you again, and I'll wait for your update.

I wonder how many emails they have sent since Tuesday...

I genuinely do feel bad for support reps who have to deal with this kind of nonsense (thousands of emails/messages)... I know for sure if I was one of them at first I would try to help but eventually it'd be a major headache and I'd just ban/block you and ignore you.

I feel like support have been more than fair and reasonable and the fact @Stella_SC is looking a second time for you, despite really not needing to... just from this thread alone I have a headache 🤣

I am truly curious how many more messages they sent after their message above saying they will wait.. Someone please let us know

I understand why it might look that way from the outside, but I'm curious why you think that.

From my perspective, the key question has never been whether mass messaging can be considered spam. I actually warned Support about that risk before I sent any messages.

What I don't understand is this:

If what I did was wrong, why did multiple members of Stripchat Support repeatedly tell me that this was the only available solution?

If what I did was the correct way to proceed, then why was my account permanently banned for following their instructions?

That's the contradiction I've been trying to resolve for the last nine months. I'm not asking anyone to ignore the rules-I'm asking for a logical explanation of why I was instructed to do something that later became the reason for my suspension.

Also, I'm not sending hundreds or thousands of emails because I enjoy doing it. Quite the opposite. If my case had been reviewed properly the first time, none of this would have happened.

And just to clarify your last point: since Tuesday I haven't been flooding Support with messages. The only thing I did was send @Stella_SC a single DM yesterday asking if there had been any updates on my case after she kindly said she would review everything again.

That's all I'm waiting for now-a fair review based on the complete timeline, not assumptions.

You’ve been mass-messaging Support to the tune of thousands of emails. That’ll take anyone days/weeks to go through and unfortunately puts you well down on the priority list. That’s on you.

You need to learn about patience and wait for the rep to get back to you.

I didn't send thousands of emails all at once expecting someone to answer every single one.

Every time I contacted Support, I waited for a reply. The problem was that almost every reply came from a different agent, and each one started with something like:

"Hi, I'm X. I'm sorry to hear that. Please explain the situation in detail so I can help you."

So I explained everything again, attached the screenshots again, provided the case numbers again, and then another agent would reply asking me to do exactly the same thing. This cycle repeated over and over for months.

Eventually, the conversation would end with the same automated message saying the decision was final cause instead of examining the file Because when there are hundreds of messages, nobody wants to read them; in fact, statistically, they usually mark the 112th email in the chat as spam.:

"Your account has been investigated and permanently blocked..."

The biggest problem is that Support later acknowledged (see screenshot #5) that I had a valid point and that the case deserved another look. However, they also told me they could only continue if I contacted them from the email registered to the account.

The issue is that I have been doing exactly that. Whenever I email from my registered address, sen***@gmail.com, I receive only the automatic "final decision" response, so I have no way to reach a human reviewer.

That's why this has gone on for so long. It's not that I'm unwilling to wait-it's that I'm stuck in a communication dead end.

Looking back, the only mistake I believe I made was trusting the guidance I received from Support. I assumed they knew the platform's rules and that following their instructions was the correct thing to do. That's exactly why I'm asking for a proper review of the contradiction, not special treatment.

I'd also like to repeat what I believe is the core issue, because nobody has addressed it yet.

If what I did was against the rules, then why did multiple members of your own Support team repeatedly tell me that it was the only available solution and encourage me to do exactly that?

If what I did was actually the correct way to proceed, then why was my account permanently banned for following those instructions?

And if the suspension was justified, then why did your own team later acknowledge (see screenshot #5) that my previous suspension had been a mistake caused by the automated system and apologize for it?

Every stage of this case contradicts the previous one. That is why I continue asking for a proper explanation.

I don't think it's unreasonable to expect consistency from the platform's official Support team. When official representatives give users instructions, those instructions should be reliable. If they are not, it is unfair that the entire consequence falls on the user who followed them in good faith.

I also understand that Support may be understaffed or that there may have been internal miscommunication or insufficient training. I honestly don't know what caused these contradictions, and that's not really my concern.

What matters to me is much simpler: I cannot accept being permanently punished for actions that I took only because your own Support team explicitly instructed me to do so. I'm not asking for special treatment or exceptions-I'm simply asking for a fair, consistent review based on the complete history of the case.

-By the way, thank you to everyone who offered support or at least shared their opinion 🥰💫))

Well, it’s their website and it’s their rules, regardless of what someone told you. Mistakes happen.

I hope for your sake all of this hasn’t been in vain but you need to wait for the response.

Well, it’s their website and it’s their rules, regardless of what someone told you. Mistakes happen.

Exactly-that's the point I'm trying to make.

It is their website, and it is their rules. That's precisely why I trusted their Support team instead of relying on random advice from the internet.

I was actually the one who warned them that sending hundreds of individual messages could be interpreted as spam. I raised that concern several times before doing anything.

Their response was always the same: it wouldn't be a problem, and it was the only available solution.

So I followed the instructions given by the people who are supposed to know the platform's rules better than anyone else.

If they had simply replied, "Don't do that, it could trigger our spam detection," I would never have sent those messages, and none of this would have happened.

That's why I don't believe the core issue is whether the rule exists. The issue is that the official Support team instructed me to do something that later became the reason for permanently banning my account.

If Support made a mistake, I understand-everyone makes mistakes. But I don't think it's fair that I'm the only one paying the price for following their official guidance. That's all I'm asking them to reconsider...For example, if you ask if wearing a wig on Stripchate is a problem and they say "no, its not problem for us" what would you do if your account was banned from identity verification the next day because you wore a wig? Did u say its my fault Let's create new account forget about my customer base, forget about the money I earned, forget about my hard work, or do you say to the stripchat team, 'You allowed this, why was my account banned?'"

Every time you send an email to them do you make it a 10,000 word essay? Learn to be concise with your messages and not be writing essays every email, that makes responses take even longer I am sure.

😂 That's exactly the problem.

When I write a short email, they ask for more details. When I provide all the details, it feels like nobody reads them.

The reason my messages became so long is because Support keeps asking me to explain everything from the beginning, almost as if I have to need explain it to a 3-year-old. As the case drags on, I have to include even more history, screenshots, and case references every time.

It becomes a never-ending cycle. I'd rather we focus on the real issue: why I was permanently banned for following the official instructions given by Sup
port. 🥰

Repeatedly sending identical messages is the type of behavior our Moderation team may determine to be spam.

It is also important to clarify that the initial outreach to models was part of a broader pattern of behavior from you. The initial outreach itself consisted of unsolicited copy-and-paste messages sent to multiple recipients, followed by additional copy-and-paste replies even when models did not respond or responded negatively to your attempts to contact them. This demonstrated a repeated pattern of spam behavior. This type of behavior violates our rules.

We've also addressed this issue with you through numerous support responses. At this point, there is no new information to review, and this matter is closed.

Please note that repeatedly contacting multiple members of our staff, sending thousands of emails, and continuing to raise the same issue across multiple channels will not change the outcome.

We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Our guidance was to reconnect with your friends through normal, individual communication. It was not a recommendation to copy and repeatedly send the same message to large numbers of people.

Thank you @Stella_SC , for taking the time to review everything and for your polite response. I genuinely appreciate it.

However, I would like to point out a few important contradictions that I don't believe have been addressed.

In your reply, you explain that by "reach out," you meant natural, personal conversations with my friends. The problem is that this was never explained to me at the time.In fact, if you review the previous conversations, you'll see that I shared several different message templates with your Support team and asked which one I should use. None of your colleagues told me that I needed to write a unique message to each person or that using the same message could be considered spam. On the contrary, they told me my proposed messages were acceptable. This creates another contradiction between the guidance I received and the explanation I'm receiving today.

There's also a practical issue. Expecting someone to write 2,600 completely unique personal messages would realistically require months of work. I don't believe that can reasonably be considered the "only available solution."I fully respect your decision, even if I disagree with it. What I struggle to understand is the logic behind it. Every time I receive another explanation, it seems to differ from the guidance I was originally given by your Support team.

I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm simply trying to understand how I was expected to comply with your instructions when the interpretation of those instructions appears to have changed after the fact. I still believe that's the central issue in this case.

And thank you again for your time...

Sounds like the case is closed.

You need to move on.

This thread should probably be closed now.
I agree. Nothing else can come out of this subject at this point.
