I’m looking for advice regarding a Chaturbate account suspension.
My former username was lia_bride. About 7 months ago, I was working under a studio. The studio was later banned, and as a result my account was suspended.
I would like to clarify that:
My account was suspended, but I was not marked ineligible to broadcast
The suspension was caused by the studio, not by my own actions
I did not violate Chaturbate rules
I now have a new, active account in good standing
My concern is that the tokens earned on the suspended account were never paid out. I have contacted Chaturbate support multiple times but haven’t received a response.
I would appreciate any advice from those who have experienced:
Account suspension due to a studio ban
Recovery or payout of earnings in similar cases
The best way to get Chaturbate to review a suspended (but eligible) account
