So a few days ago I tried to do a show with a new person on my account. This was the first time in many years that I had done this, but before starting I followed the proper verification procedure, and in fact the new person's ID was quickly approved. We started streaming and in less than five minutes later the show was suddenly stopped with a message that said the broadcast was suspended. At the time I assumed it might have been a warning, and maybe I needed to verify something else, so I decided not to continue that day, but yesterday when I tried to log in as usual my account was still suspended.
I checked my profile and noticed something strange, the "new person" on my account appears with their ID correctly verified, however my own identity now appers with the label "Person Ineligible", which is very confusing because I've been using this account for over 10 years, and the ID currently on file was approved about 4 years ago, and is still valid. I don't understand why this happened since I followed the process correctly and didn't do anything wrong.
How can I resolve this issue? Chaturbate is my main income so I don't know what to do now. I sent a message and it's been more than 24 hours without any response.
