I hope someone can offer me some advice or guidance.
My Chaturbate model account (username: 1m_ashley) was suspended on July 2, and I contacted Chaturbate Support immediately after the suspension. After waiting several business days without receiving a response, I sent a respectful follow-up email, but unfortunately I still have not received any reply from a support agent.
I am a transgender model, and due to my current personal circumstances, Chaturbate is my only source of income. This situation has been extremely stressful for me, and I am becoming increasingly worried because I have no information about the status of my account.
Since the suspension, I have carefully read the Chaturbate Broadcasting Rules and Terms of Service several times. Based on my understanding, I do not believe that I intentionally violated any of the platform's rules. However, I also understand that not every possible situation is explicitly described in the rules, and it is possible that I unknowingly did something that was considered a violation.
If that is the case, I sincerely apologize. I truly respect Chaturbate's policies and I am fully willing to make any changes necessary. If my broadcasting setup, camera angle, streaming environment, or any other aspect of my broadcasts needs to be changed to comply with the platform's standards, I will gladly do so. My only wish is to have the opportunity to continue working on the platform while following all of the rules correctly.
I am respectfully asking if someone from Chaturbate could please manually review my account. I truly value being part of this platform, and I would be incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue broadcasting.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, how long did it take before you received a response from support?
