Account Suspended

Hello, my friend and I have been doing CB for almost two weeks and have been enjoying it a ton. We tried to do our first joint stream on Friday, May 30th and even though it showed us as both age verified and approved under my account (Marianne.in.candlelight), after about 10 minutes my account got suspended. Someone, who we believe to be a malicious ex, had come in a few minutes before and doxxed my friend's boyfriend by name. I banned him and then a few minutes later it said I wasn't age verified (I'm WAY over 18 and had been streaming and approved for almost two weeks at that point). I sent an inquiry but my email didn't receive a response. I know it isn't recommended to send multiple messages as it slows in the queue but I sent one on Sunday to make sure it had gotten through to support. I know @punker barbie that you've helped others get an idea about things in the past, so I am wondering if you'd be able to give me an idea of potentially when I may hear back. As a single mom, my posting schedule is already a little wonky and I was building a good community that I don't want to think I abandoned. Any guidance would be so appreciated! Thanks!
