Account terminated on Stripchat due to bestiality, did not perform anything with a dog was showing my dog , my account was banned however… I was intoxicated I did not perform a show with a dog as I was multi streaming on two other platforms and was not flagged as a result so I find this termination incorrect. Can you please help me with my account?

If you’re performing a sexual act, with your pet in camera view then that’s quite rightly against their rules.

Saying you were intoxicated probably won’t help your case from a context/mitigating factor perspective.

Is Intoxication against the rules? Streaming Drunk or High might be against the rules. For every platform. Maybe its Ok to be a tiny bit tipsy but not act like you are.

There is a very big difference between an animal "on set" and actually performing a sex act with said animal. Someone in support has their head up their ass.

But OP didn’t say they were a tiny-bit tipsy - OP said they were intoxicated, which read to me as if they believed being intoxicated a mitigating factor in what happened. The ban obviously wasn’t even about that.

I got a warning four days after a small violation on CB. You don't know that you aren't facing termination elsewhere.

Yes, but regardless stripchat denied my appeal. Not sure if it was reviewed by a human or AI... I also didn't fill out my appeal completely

Stella has clarified a few times on the forum that all violations and appeals are looked at by real humans.

As a pet owner never in my life have I put an animals head between my legs and Now I Am Positive every single platform you stream on should have banned you for life and after reading that. I feel so bad for this dog and all things happening on and off cam.

Here's the thing that you seem to not understand judging by your comments here. Your dog's face or their genitalia anywhere near your face or genitalia at any time for any reason on cam on an adult porn site is illegal.

If I recall correctly, for the longest time it wasn't even allowed to have a pet in the room or on the wall on SC and they relaxed the rules because people have pets and they're responsible to not have their pets on frame when they're doing naked, naughty things. (Maybe @Stella_SC can confirm whether or not I am remembering this correctly.)

While you think that's funny, it's not. It's stupid, thoughtless shit like this that created all of the laws and regulations we have to adhere to as models. You're an adult, it's a professional setting, and you treated it like it wasn't by being intoxicated on cam and doing stupid things with animals. It's really that simple. Until you acknowledge that you are at fault here, I doubt they'd even remotely consider looking at it again and even still you're probably not going to get your account back.
