Hi @Stella_SC i wanted to know why my account AmberBelle_ got terminated to your platform violating me (Pre-Recorded Video) seriously even im in a liveshow and streaming? I think it was a mistake i need a full reinstated of my account including the tokens i have to that account!

First step will be to appeal your ban and wait for a decision. Have you done this already? There should be the option to appeal in your email.
Just as an FYI:
- if your account is reinstated, then your tokens will still all be there
- if your appeal is unsuccessful and your account remains perm banned, then any tokens in your account will be forfeited
