Account verification and Payment issues.

Hi, I recently have a payment issue with stripchat and I think that's what caused the account verification again. Apparently they tried to chargeback the amount of tokens I used?
On my side. I verified and checked that the amount I used to spend on the tokens was correctly deducted from my bank account and I too, received the receipt for it, so what's wrong?
(specifically for the transaction id attached)
