Agency took my account

My Cb account was taken over by an agency that i left and they refuse to give it back. i believe the agency also intentionally got my account banned because they knew i was leaving and dont want me to be able to access my funds. Ive emailed CB support twice now, the first time was about two weeks ago and again yesterday but im having no luck. im already trying to get my OF accounts back and thats moving along a lot better but the CB account is where most my money is. Im hoping to get the account back before the funds are issued to be released to the agency.

Simply not possible unless it's through your own negligence or was allowed with your permission.
