You'll need to follow the instructions at https://charlesbot.com/docs/getting-started to get setup, and !obs in the PM window with CharlesBot to add stuff to your screen via OBS.
Alternatively, if you want to use your own custom gifs/images for tips, you'll need to setup https://mfcalerts.com/ to use those in your OBS scenes.
