Approved but inelligable and support wont reapons

All my IDs have been approved but I am marked as ineligible. I emailed support, clicked NO the article didn't help, and got sent back to articles.

Unsure how to resolve even with other threads info?

I've uploaded all the correct identification and was informed I'd posted something that requires another members ID.

The issues is the old account is deactivated as we started all over after messing up our first post. All member IDs have since been accepted but I believe they specifically need an ID uploaded to an old account as I remain accepted by Ineligible.

Not sure what to do!
