Hey Chaturpeeps! I know members want to weigh in, but please refrain from doing so for now.

I want to ask models only what they think about the following idea:

Voting: A member who tips 25 tokens can vote up or down as it is now. What if a member can only vote thumbs up at 25 tokens and they have to reach a different token level tipped (50, 75, 100) to vote down? In theory the thumbs down option would only appear after they tipped that amount to you.

What do you think about how long votes are on page for? I think 90 days is way too long. Perhaps 30? CB operates on a two cycle pay period system, it seems only fair the votes drop after 30 days.

kind of a brag I know I know lol but.... Ive been camming part time since 2017 and full time for more than a year now. I have never had a thumbs down before. So I honestly don't care. I wish it lasted longer so I could show that off more. I'm always between 70 and 80 upvotes. I honestly wished that had more weight in the ranking.

not at all lol, no free pms. I respond to most people, and chat with them and always do a tip menu item when they tip for it. I even lost like all the intamacy I used to have because my room is a little busier than it used to be.

but... maybe this ties into what I said in the non model tips for new model thread. My room is full of my kind of peeps, so I just get a long with most of them. I dont bend my personality for no one.

Ha yeah I'm very quick to be like "stop being a dick", I think that's probably a universal human experience.

I find it fascinating that what I think is insulting is someone's bread and butter and what I think is my bread and butter is insulting to someone else.

lol yessss! Its important we don't put up with shit we don't like. I think it honestly makes the show better, your not all uncomfortable looking and such from doing stuff or putting up with comments you don't like. Plus every models a bit different so you wanna lay that out for the viewers right away so they have right expectations.

I think that's the inherent problem here. 25 is fine for a thumbs up but for a thumbs down? It should cost them more to hurt us. The whole system is unfair. I wish it didn't exist at all.

Exactly. I suppose for models who have hundreds of votes, they don't think about it much but the smaller rooms? That can ruin someone's day in a heartbeat.

Oooh what if in order to down vote they have to leave a message? No vote and run allowed?

I feel the same, except I think it should be even more, like 100+. The satisfaction voting should be privy to those that invested something. For example, someone tips for a high cost menu item/goal and I don't follow through on my end, I deserve that down vote. There's also the idea of the voting system to be exclusive to those that pay for private or ticket shows, but then again, some models prefer public only, so that idea wouldn't be all inclusive. I do private shows, but honestly don't like doing them. idk...great discussion topic though.

I kind of feel like it's the equivalent of someone who walks into a business, doesn't engage with the staff on duty, buys a gum ball from the machine in the vestibule, walks out and immediately hits up Yelp to leave a nasty review.

At least on Yelp you can get an erroneous review removed, right? We can't even do that.

I'm on the side of 90 days being far too long for these votes to stick. Only having to tip 25 tokens also isn't really the greatest way to gauge the interactiveness of a room. As a gal with a smaller room myself, I know that when I get a downvote from a salty user (usually someone who's expecting 1tk demands) its extremely discouraging to watch my room percentage go down. Freeloaders that have ordered ONE thing from you don't deserve to be able to downvote you for saying no to their demands following it. It's borderline abusive behavior from some of these viewers.
