Ok so, on one of those sites where users record and upload videos of models, me and a model discovered her videos - 2 private shows, 2 public shows. This guy has over 1700 videos uploaded (a mix of public shows, ticket shows, and private shows).
We know exactly who the user is because in one of the private shows something specific happened so the model was easily able to identify him.
She confronted him over Telegram and low and behold, a few hours later the Video Names on the website were changed. Her name was removed from them, but the videos are still there. He has also since admitted it basically and I have seen the screenshots of the conversation. We know his username.

If we report this guy and show the proof, will he get banned from the website platform (stripchat) or is it pointless?

When the model first confronted him, he had about 1647 videos, this was 4 days ago and now he has 1713, so it clearly isn't stopping him and he is actually just trying to gaslight her and manipulate her - I dunno why she hasn't blocked him on Telegram, i assume she is trying to get him to remove the videos completely.

From the messages I have seen, he definitely has absolutely no remorse for doing it and he should absolutely be banned from the platform.
Can I contact you @Stella_SC and show you the evidence and you deal with it?

Hello @NotYou

I am very sorry to hear that the model is being faced with this. You can absolutely send me a PM, but the truth is that anything that happens off of our platform is out of our control. We can not moderate what happens elsewhere, nor can we deliver a consequence for it. All we can moderate is if the user violated any of our rules on our platform.

That being said, I have some advice for the model.
- Block him on everything. Don't engage with him at all.
- The model may also use our DMCA box to have this uploaded content removed. The DMCA box is found in her Settings and Privacy page.
- Also, she may consider getting an external takedown service - these can be extremely valuable for models as it takes the work out of their hands and they are very efficient at finding leaked content.

Surely him recording models and their privates and uploading them to a thrid party website is a violation of rules?
She has now blocked him but he wont delete anything. We know his SC username, i don't see why he should easily get away with having nothing done, and she has already filed a DMCA takedown via Stripchat for her videos, but what about all those other models who have him recording them and sharing?

I will DM you the screenshots of the messages now so you can see, the fact he admits to it all.

Edit: Just to add I understand you can't control what he does on other websites, such as uploading stuff, but with proof of who it is, you CAN control and ban him from YOUR website.

Edit 2:
Ok so i sent the screenshots, I think some are out of order but i hope you can still follow along. Let me know if you have any questions and i will help clarify anything.

Ok so, NOTHING can be done about this, apparently.
He can't/won't even be banned from the SC platform for doing this.

And hey, guess what? In the past 11 hours he has uploaded 6 more videos of models from SC!
How can this guy NOT get banned from the platform, I just don't understand. With the evidence and admission from him, it shouldn't matter that the conversation was on Telegram!

If any of you models want me to send the screenshots via PM so you can see it and be as stunned at no repercussions for him, then feel free - and make up your own minds.

At the very least all I can do now is make every other SC Model/User aware of his name so you can ban him:

What message does this send to users? Clearly they can do this kind of thing and it's fine. Yet if a model says "boo" to a user who is being horrible, rude, scamming, they get banned? I just don't understand at all.

Damn sorry I am late to edit but I just wanted to quote 1 part of the PM from Stella, I could quote it all but there is no point, but:

".. However, unfortunately the user did not violate any rules on our platform"

Recording models and uploading them is not considered a violation? And not just 1 or 2 videos, but THOUSANDS.
We can't really just base this off the fact the conversations for it were on Telegram, this is honestly absurd.

Edit:

The user’s actions clearly violate Stripchat’s Terms of Use and potentially applicable law.

– This constitutes unauthorised copying under Stripchat’s Terms.
– It also amounts to redistribution of protected content, which the Terms explicitly forbid:
“The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the recorded shows by Users is strictly prohibited.”
– Additionally, these actions may breach intellectual property, privacy, and data-protection laws, depending on jurisdiction.

Relevant Terms of Use sections:
Section 12 (Recordings): Explicitly prohibits publishing, releasing, or reproducing any recorded shows.
Section 7 (User Conduct): Forbids circumventing or interfering with platform security features — which clearly includes external screen-recording or capturing of live streams.

Given the scale of the misconduct (1,700+ videos recorded and redistributed) and the user’s direct admission, continued access to the platform represents a serious breach of performer safety and platform integrity.

The second I log on I’m going to assume every dude is recording and screen shots are being made I always demand to see their hands at all times and to keep their hands off the mouse before a show begins. This is not shocking that he didn’t get banned. But it’s a risk every single sex worker takes the moment we agree to the terms of using a cam site.
