Ok so, on one of those sites where users record and upload videos of models, me and a model discovered her videos - 2 private shows, 2 public shows. This guy has over 1700 videos uploaded (a mix of public shows, ticket shows, and private shows).
We know exactly who the user is because in one of the private shows something specific happened so the model was easily able to identify him.
She confronted him over Telegram and low and behold, a few hours later the Video Names on the website were changed. Her name was removed from them, but the videos are still there. He has also since admitted it basically and I have seen the screenshots of the conversation. We know his username.

If we report this guy and show the proof, will he get banned from the website platform (stripchat) or is it pointless?

When the model first confronted him, he had about 1647 videos, this was 4 days ago and now he has 1713, so it clearly isn't stopping him and he is actually just trying to gaslight her and manipulate her - I dunno why she hasn't blocked him on Telegram, i assume she is trying to get him to remove the videos completely.

From the messages I have seen, he definitely has absolutely no remorse for doing it and he should absolutely be banned from the platform.
Can I contact you @Stella_SC and show you the evidence and you deal with it?

This issue isn’t only about removing the existing videos — it’s about the continued presence of a user on your platform who is openly violating your own Terms of Use.

This isn’t a case of one or two personal recordings; it’s over 1,700 recordings in a single year, with hundreds more uploaded even after being confronted and admitting to it. That shows a pattern of deliberate abuse, not an isolated incident.

Even if the conversations happened off-site, the connection to his Stripchat account is direct and verifiable — the model identifies him clearly, and he has personally confirmed what he did. That makes this a clear breach of:
Section 12 (Recordings) – which prohibits publication or reproduction of recorded shows.
Section 7 (User Conduct) – which forbids interfering with security features (screen recording qualifies).

The question isn’t about paying for takedowns of what already exists — it’s about preventing further harm. Each uploaded video still carries your platform’s logo, meaning the damage continues to reflect on Stripchat as well.

Allowing a user who has recorded and redistributed thousands of performances to remain active sends the message that the platform prioritises offenders over the models who create the content and sustain your business. It would go a long way toward rebuilding trust if Stripchat took visible action against an account that so clearly undermines your Terms and performer safety.
THIS PART is why I feel this user is more of an issue than your average content thief. This dude must be making a full-time job out of this, I understand that cam re-upload sites make money off what is uploaded on there, but this dude himself seems like he is basically doing this professionally and it's way weirder than having one guy rip my stream and upload it somewhere else and then never touch it again, this is like someone spending all day on SC just to record shows and re-upload them? Maybe this is a more normal occurrence than I think but it seems way beyond the content theft we usually deal with...I'm not arguing with SC's decision here or anything but I am arguing with the standard response of "yeah this happens" because yeah, things LIKE this happen all the time, but this specific thing happening seems pretty extreme. Maybe I'm just naive to how often shows are stolen by one single user, maybe it's totally normal for one account to be recording dozens of shows per day, it just doesnt feel like that's normal.
