Hello, I made a purchase of tokens on an account, and as soon as the purchase was approved I was banned, I would like to know the reason and how to resolve it.

Did you have a previous account at CB? Was it banned?
If so, that's why.

SYes, what you said is true. But I was able to buy tokens even after I was banned, now I can't anymore.... Is there any way I can continue buying?

They realized it was you when you bought the tokens. Once you're banned, you aren't allowed to be on a new account.
I'll never understand why people give money again to a site that has banned them. Take your money elsewhere.
