I previously reached out to you and you helped me a lot, thank you again! Now I have another issue and I really need your assistance.
The ban happened because prohibited words were posted in the chat. This was not done by me or by the current studio team. We had a security incident: a former operator, who had already been terminated, managed to access my account before we could change the password and remove their access. The former operator deliberately sent prohibited words to another user in private chat and also posted violating content in the profile to break Chaturbate’s Terms of Service.
The studio takes full responsibility for account security and has already taken all necessary corrective actions: The studio team changed all passwords and strengthened account protection; The studio logged out all active sessions; The studio completely removed access for the former operator; The studio implemented stricter internal access rules and new security protocols for the entire team
I’m truly sorry for what happened and I kindly ask for a manual review of the ban on my model account tokyodriftbabe and the studio account studioavrelion. Please let us know what else we can do to restore the accounts and ensure full compliance moving forward.
