However, I would like to know why I was penalized. I would also like to request the return of my account. I have been working with you for approximately 10 years and have not violated any rules. I attempted to upgrade my account, but my card was not accepted, and I requested assistance from the support team.

No spamming, It's not a scam. There are no other people, votes, or discussions of prohibited topics. i may have shown my photo on the screen, and also sent a DM, but CB won't tell me the reason.

I can only guess! This is my source of income, I am left without a job.

I want to find out why, make amends, and get my account back.

I was not involved in fraud or cashing out, I have been working honestly for 10 years, it is very disappointing that I was closed.

please tell me what is the violation if it is not forbidden to write DM? I didn't do anything else!!
