Hello, I tried to create a new account, but my documents aren't verifying. Should I delete my old account to create a new one?

I could just create a new account before, and then revert to the old one if necessary.

Now, when I upload documents to the new account, I get an error:

I passed verification and uploaded everything. I go to the stream: we rejected the documents from this account. All future documents from this person will be rejected.

But I passed verification, and everything is fine.

AwakeMoment is new.

The old account, Julibant666juli, has had its documents deleted.

US support said I could create a new account, so I did.

So, both the new and old accounts are blocked.

I haven't violated the rules since 2020.

I just wanted to create a new account.

Здравствуйте, я пытался создать новый аккаунт, но мои документы не проходят проверку. Нужно ли мне удалить старый аккаунт, чтобы создать новый?

Я мог просто создать новый аккаунт раньше, а затем, при необходимости, вернуться к старому.

Теперь, когда я загружаю документы в новый аккаунт, я получаю ошибку:

ДTo avoid confusion, I created one account for my domestic passport and the other for my international passport. My international passport doesn't expire for another five months. I don't think that's the problem.I know the site's rules, I'm willing to take a selfie every day, and I haven't forged any documents. Please look into it. Thank you.

I didn't verify using Photoshop, but by scanning my document through a program. So, it's easier to block a model than users who ask to take a crap or pee in their mouth... I'm surprised. Then write that the site doesn't benefit from models who earn only $1,000 a month.

Good afternoon, support responded that my documents have different information. I previously uploaded my international passport, but it was likely considered expired. I decided to create a new account for my internal passport. My account didn't pass verification, and then I tried to upload my internal passport. But it was rejected again. My passport doesn't expire until June. I submitted all the documents I have. Support is considering

They're writing to me about one account, but I never had that account. I used to be with the studio, but I left. I want to separate; I never had an account Zairable.
The support team writes to me about this: I don't forge documents.I just want to go into independent broadcasting, without a studio, without anyone, and for this I tried to create a new account.

The studio might simply take revenge by using my documents and making fakes with them so I can't work independently. I only have two passports: a domestic one and a foreign one. I kindly ask you to help me figure this out and, if possible, look at my passports that I sent by mail; I only have two of them at the moment.

I used to want to stream with a friend. They created an account for us. I don't know its name, maybe it's zairable (This might be the name of the studio account, but I've never visited it..
All the years I've been on stripchat, it's been the account julibant666juli. Whenever I stream, I take a selfie from this account because I stream without a face. I've never broken the rules. I've never logged into the account you're talking about. I can't even imagine what kind of account it is. Perhaps the model, who's a friend, broke the rules, but my documents were there...
Or the studio broke the rules.
But all these years, I've only streamed on one account.
And yet, I had a steady stream of people, clients.
And then the ban came, naturally, it's a shock for me.
I beg you to help me with this situation. I'll only use one account from mine. I don't need the studio account. If my documents are still there, I ask you to delete them and give me access to only one account.
I know the site's rules, and I have my own client base who have responded well to me on the site. So, I'd be grateful if you could h

Thank you for sharing the details. I can see that your Community Manager is already actively working with you on this and will be following up directly with an answer or next steps shortly.

At this point, the best thing to do is allow that process to continue. Creating additional public posts or threads won’t help move things forward and can sometimes add confusion. Your Community Manager is the right point of contact and will continue to support you through this.
