Banned 2 weeks ago but no answer and no ticket

my account is Albertor1987, I am a streamer but I also use to watch models and chat with them. On 5 of January I was chatting cam2cam with a new model and I was suddenly banned without any reason. The message displayed says: We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service. I inmediately sent the support form but I didn't receive any answer or ticket number of my enquiry.
I don't really know why I was banned. I need to recover my account because I need to stream as soon possible.
I hope you can help me to get at least an answer by the support service of CB.
