I was banned 6 months ago for including my wife in a stream and it's been an extremely slow process to rectify this, support takes weeks sometimes months to respond. I've followed all instructions from customer support to upload her ID, verify her age, and sign the agreement, but I'm still getting the message, "Your account is not age verified." My last email sent to support was on 4/24 and I'm waiting to hear back. I have 24K tokens I've been waiting to withdrawal.
