Banned account apparently for no reason

Hi, my account was banned from chaturbate on the 7th of April, with no apparent reason, i used the site for years without any problem and always respecting site rules. I immediately sent a request from the form on the page that say my account was banned, but so far i didn't get any reply from chaturbate support, @punker barbie could you please help me?
