I am still waiting to be reinstated after being told “Your suspension has now ended.” on 7/19 and replying "I understand" to the CB rules (Terms & Conditions), on the same day. I have since sent 3 emails and 3 twitter DMs, with no response! It took 16 days for them to reply to my original emails starting on 7/3.
