Trying to figure out why CB banned since sep 2021 I received a message from support and they told me that I allegedly provided an '' altered or another falsified identification'' Ive been working with CB for years And I dont understand why they say this till now. Ive tried several times of send my passport again to prove is mine and all is legit but eventually has been useless. The only explanation I found to this reply is that Colombia changed the passport design since 2018 it means I still have the old design because the date of issue was in 2012 and I can not renew it until DEC 2022. thats why it looks altered ?????
I need your help, at least I need my money back.....
