Whenever I try to tip or convert tokens to cash it tells me I am unable to send tokens, then tells me to contact support. it's been a week and I haven't heard from them

I made a request to get my tokens back and was asked to send a picture confirming my identity which I did. I haven't gotten a reply yet, username is ubshx.

yeah but I think that was another account I deleted I'm not sure if it was the same email
