I have been on CB for years but all of a sudden my account and any new one I created gets banned. All had tokens I bought on them as well. Can someone help me get re-instated?

Of course all new accounts would get banned; because YOU, the person, are banned... not just the account.

This happens all the time. As SCRIPTA explained, once banned, that person cannot have any new account.
If you haven't done it already, contact Chaturbate Support for their official response to your question.
