Banned Chaturbate account

My Chaturbate account (tt_boy2000) was banned a couple of weeks ago for what I am absolutely positive was a misunderstanding. I reached out twice through the support form but no response.

The reason that was reported back to me:

"We were alerted that you may be engaging in discussions in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms, including the discussion of underage sexual experience. After reviewing this matter it appears you were discussing your own personal experiences."

I never have nor never will ever ever include conversations about minors on the website. The one situation I can think of was when I asked a model if she was over 18 because she looked very very young. She confirmed, but I left the model's room anyway as I wasn't convinced and did not want to take chances.

In hindsight, I should've reported that room so that the CB team could verify. Unfortunately it did not occur to me at the time and someone may have interpreted my action erroneously and reported me.

If there is anything I can do to review the evidence (which hasn't been provided) or clarify anything in anyway, I am here.

PS: I am glad CB has controls in place and act seriously on such an important issue. Zero tolerance policy. That is the way it should be. But I would very much like to clarify this misunderstanding.

I'm not sure if that was the question that triggered the ban or not, but just so you know, you don't need to ask. That's Chaturbate's job. We all have to submit legal documents proving our age before we can broadcast. If we provide fake, stolen, or doctored documents it results in a permanent ban from streaming. I'm not saying it's impossible for someone to end up on stream who shouldn't be, I'm just saying chaturbate is pretty on the ball about catching it. So if you think a model looks young to the point where it makes you uncomfortable, there's no need to ask, just switch rooms. Asking comes off like you're trying to ask for age play anyways; if I got that question I'd ban the user from my room personally.

Yeah, I can see how it can be perceived that way. I've been on the site for over a decade and never have I ever been warned about any wrong doings.

I'm glad CB takes this seriously. I just wish I could clarify that it was a mistake I made, not my intention.

Everything else aside, don't engage... you're not the police for CB. Report if you feel it's necessary and move on.

Yes, this is the way. Report if you're suspicious, forget about it, and move on. Hope things work out for your account.

My account has been reinstated. Thank you all for your tips and advices. I've learned a lot in this process and feel like I'll be a better supporter learning from the support I received. Thank you, community!
