Banned for no reason just after buying tokens

Hi, 1 second after I brought 400 tokens, my account got banned, I am really confused as to why this happened as soon as I brought tokens as I have done nothing wrong... I want to get my account and tokens that I have paid for with my hard earned cash back.

p.s - I've heard nothing back from them on that ticket....

Bro they banned a lot of people on Tuesday I got banned too and I was a big supporter for a model I was saving for her dream tip but have not heard back to get my account unbanned I am hoping I get it back soon. I just don’t know what email I used for that account
