Good Evening All (and @punker barbie )

Ok so.... I'm back at it again with my foolishness. My stream was going slow, so I snap chatted a friend for some "assistance" to keep me motivated online. I've been suspended for showing videos before, so this time I was mindful to keep them off cam. Still I was banned mid stream. I see after reading the T&C that this isn't allowed. Can someone help me get back online please? Username is BBCandBody

Thank you all in advance!

What "exactly" isn't allowed? You're allowed to use your phone while camming; hundreds of models do every day... just don't show your screen while broadcasting. Did you show other people on your phone screen while broadcasting?

I didn't show my screen at all, I was mindful not to do so because I've been suspended for that before. All they could hear was the audio. I assumed it was allowed because they allow me to sell my snapchat on CB.

Oh boy are you in a pickle. Whomever you were chatting with needs to be verified on your stream now. If not, you are permanently banned.

If it was really just the other person’s voice on the stream and not their image, I’m not sure I realized that was against TOS. I’ve seen it happen so often, with no obvious repercussions, that I assumed it was fine. Interesting.

It’s even happened with my own voice on a couple of occasions, and I’ve never been a verified streamer.

Everyone heard or seen on cam on CB must be verified, trade shows excluded (because everyone is made aware they may appear on cam feeds).

Stripchat, does not care whose voice is heard on cam feeds.

It makes sense, for sure. I’ve just seen it slide enough times that I got the impression CB wasn’t concerned about it.

When it happened to me, a model was checking her voice messages from a different platform, on speakerphone, during a public broadcast. It was definitely jarring to hear my own (fairly distinctive) voice on a CB broadcast, but she didn’t get banned or warned for it, to my knowledge. The same model regularly used to FaceTime her friends during her streams with the audio loud and clear.

I'm guessing she just got really lucky or it happened before the banhammer grew three sizes.

A child heard outside of your home and picked up by the mic can result in a permanent ban.

I'm guessing its a system that picks up on specific things and that's why we don't see many posts about it. Maybe trigger words, underage voices, I dunno.

MFC had the same rule, others shouldn’t even be in the room with you and if they’re heard could get you in trouble.

I don’t know if I just assumed or was negligently ignoring an extra detail that someone on the phone could get you in trouble… I used to snapchat call my regulars (while they were watching and in my chat) quite a lot in my most active days on MFC and never caught flak for it.

I guess I can understand if someone else had the same thought (or lack of thought) and made this mistake on CB.

Heh yeah I was permanently banned on day one from MFC because of that little rule. 😂 I said something to hubby while he was walking out the door (mic off) and was immediately hit with it. Damn shame too cause I feel I could have killed it on MFC.

But yeah, even if you email CB directly and ask you still get a vague "everyone on cam/in the room/house must be verified" response.

I am fascinated about the MFC call thing though because men are such a no-no in general there...I'm scratching my head. :)

Thanks all for the helpful replies. Still no resolution yet, but it's only day 2 and I know CB takes a while so I'm still waiting for a response. I've had FaceTime calls and even brief SC video calls before (had someone literally walk me through my first session via FaceTime), so I'm not sure why this one was different. I'm still in the dark until I get confirmation.

Good on you for having some patience and common sense to know it isn't always an immediate fix :) this place is full of quite the opposite.
