I’m writing about my ban of Chaturbate account you_are_verry_sexy. I was banned on 21 of december with the following message: “We have reason to believe that you may have violated our Terms of Service.”. I believe it to be a misunderstanding, as I carefully folow the rules of the platform for more than 8 years. I tried to contact the support multiple times, but got no response regarding my situation. I would appreciate any help or advice. Thank you very much in advance

@punker barbie Im shocked i got Answer from the support but i really didnt do that. Why should i do this i was proud to be a part of this Site. And i told the support that i went to the kitchen for some hours then i was logged out and banned. i couldnt be able to write something because i didnt sit at the computer. The support wrote:

i cant understand that decission yes i made a new account cause i waited so long and got no answer but i didnt break these rules. What can i do now?

This is not what you want to hear but others on the forum will tell you the same.
When you're permanently banned, it's permanent. You cannot open a new account on CB.
If you are not broadcasting on other platforms now, look into doing so.

@Ich Bin Im not a model im just a viewer who bought tokens. but im 100% sure that i didnt do something. i havent been at the computer so i couldnt do it and i dont talk to other people. so how can they say you did it if its not true? i dont understand this. And the second answer from support showed me they didnt check it just said its true.

Yes I did think you were a model & that's why I suggested considering other platforms. Even if just a viewer, if you're banned permanently, Support will not allow you to open another account.
Right or wrong, fair or unfair, the various platform Support departments have the final word.

@Vixxen81 I dont talk to people on this site. Thats why im confussed. Last time i talked to someone is many months ago cause of the bad experience i stopped to talk to people. I asked them if someone could went into my account cause what i dont understand is i went away and after i came back i was logged out and banned. So the support wont help me. But i wont accept the decision. Its a joke that im banned now for the rest of my life. So what can i do now. Is there a chance to proceed against them with a lawyer? Im for 10 Years on this site....

Trying to evade a ban is not a good idea. They are, for all intents and purposes, a private enterprise and can ban anyone for any reason at any time.
It sucks when you truly didn't do anything wrong but thenonly thing you can do is contact support and ask for a closer look. That's all the help I can offer.

@Vixxen81 the support wont help they get fast angry. i wrote a second email and asked if they can look again cause it cant be true. they wrote:

i cant understand this decision and im sure they didnt look again and im also not sure if they did look at the first time correctly. to me it seems someone who dont like me reported me and they did not check the report just ban.
