Best way to actually get human support

Hi! I'm going through what seems to be a familiar issue with initially getting paid. Since I'm trans and changed my name I usually have to do a little extra work to get paid when starting a new job. CB is just taking it to the next level. I've never had to wait so long for a company to figure their shit out. At this point I'm certain there's just no one working on it. I'm on my third ticket and idek how many W9 uploads, my last try before the newest ticket they literally started just repeating the automated message that I already addressed (pls submit W9 etc). Any advice on how to get this in front of a human being? I'm not desperate or anything but I'm not working rn and I'm gonna run out of money eventually wouldn't worry about it given all the money in allegedly making on CB but apparently I may never see that... Pls help lol

no way to reach CB except email unfortunately. But if your working on CB and earning I would NOT keep working and earning till it’s sorted out! You could end up working for free! CB support sucks!

You submitted the w9 via email or via the payment method form? Just curious cause i've been wondering if they resolve it quicker through the payout form or not.

Through email. After I sent one to support about never getting paid then I get the pre made "SSN payment error email. So I followed the instructions submit the W9 missing a signature one time and then correctly another then they just stopped responding. Asked for an update didn't get one. So I submitted a new ticket with my ID and W9 again. No response on that. Guess I was impatient though because I made this post and went to bed and then when I woke up I FINALLY had the successful verification email. Might just be a coincidence but I choose to believe this post helped.

Oh I did lol I only worked a few times after they missed the payment and only real quick lol
