Bit confused about CB Support, got banned and not sure why.

well at first of all, hello and thanks for the this forum.

So, my Problem is, i created a CB account in the morning, come back at evening after my shift. went as grey in a room, and just wrote "hi there" and got banned.

Wrote too the support and told them aswell what happen, but the only answer i got is "You have been banned from the Chaturbate live cam community. This ban is due to suspected serious violation of our terms of service "

i try too contacted them again and asked why and that i know why i got banned since that is aswell what stand there when i try too log in, i would like too try it now on that way, too get more informations or atleast something.
if its necessary with an age verification, okay, should be no problem. but too be honest, it feels like i just got an automaticle answer from the support.

Confusion, bewilderment, and bafflement appear to normal states of mind in dealings with Chaturbate, particularly in relation to bans. A good deal of it is likely due to a no brains blanket scorched earth banning policy but there is also an element of general fuckery and shit attitude in their dealings with models and customers. Best you can do is persist wth their support for a reasonable period and then move on if you get no satisfactory outcome. That said @punker barbie when she's about on this forum does appear to provide some reasonableness amidst the confusion. Hopefully she comes on and helps you out.

I don’t know, I feel like a part of the story is being omitted. The “serious violation” portion of their answer is usually only used when you have broken a zero tolerance rule which are on the side of the illegal activities. Like kids on cam or pet molestation, did you do anything that could be read as illegal or against TOS?
