Blocked my documents but account not deleted

Hello dear @punker barbie I have a very big problem with my account Pr1ma on chaturbate. Many spammers write to my pm , my public chat and to my members , I had a very bad stream yesterday and just in mad mood I write to one of this spammers “die bitch” . And after minute my account was deleted but my account Pr1ma have the same document and cb said give us your ID , I do verification and now it’s saying approved but I can’t streaming and take my money from the site. I understand they probably blocked my documents and I understand why . I stop crying , I’m okay now , just wanna ask you about unban my account Pr1ma and give me a chance working on chaturbate. Last months my account been on a high position after years on a last pages, I been an active, every stream almost 1k people follow me , I can’t lose this account and chaturbate bcs I love it so so much and I really need make money bcs me and my family location in war zone in Ukraine. I just don’t wanna lost this job. So please forgive me my mistake and unban my documents on account Pr1ma. Big thank you for help ( cb support doesn’t reply to me) .
