Thanks for sharing the details. Just to clarify, Stella and I are Community Managers, not part of the Support or moderation teams that review and issue account blocks. Those decisions are handled by a separate team.

If you believe this block may have happened in error or that there was a misunderstanding, the best step is to submit an appeal to the Support team so they can review the case directly.

I took a quick look and it doesn’t appear that an appeal has been submitted yet, so I would strongly recommend doing that. You can contact Support and submit your appeal here:
