My account is velvetkissxo. I recently updated my expired ID, and the new document has been successfully approved.
However, I am still unable to go live. My dashboard displays the following message: "Your ability to broadcast has been suspended. If you believe this is in error, please contact support."
Since my identity verification is now complete and up to date, why is happening this?
