Broadcast Suspended

Hello, first of all I want to thank you for the opportunity to ask for help here. My problem is that my stream was "Broadcast Suspended" , I'm not sure of the exact reason, but I think it's because I stream without a face and from time to time support sends me a notification that within 5 minutes I must confirm the age and identity of the streamer. The last time I received such a notification and did what was required of me, but perhaps it did not fit in time. After that, my stream was paused. I wrote to technical support by email but there is no answer. My username: feet_heelss

Hello dear Barbie. I sincerely thank you for your help, but my situation was repeated again. Now support sends me a request to confirm the personality of almost every stream . Of course, I immediately pass the check, but the last time I again received a restriction. I do not want problems with technical support and do not understand how to reduce the risks of such situations. Please help me remove the restriction and advise what I can do so as not to receive such restrictions. Maybe I should load documents before each stream?
