Just wanted to start this off with a thank you for trying to help. It's been a headwind trying to figure this out.
We have been receiving BTC payments for our studio accounts without issues for 6+ months now, but for some reason this cycle we haven't received anything. No changes, nothing. We haven't even received an email from CB stating that the funds were sent.
Really confused on what to do, as CB haven't replied to our follow-up email as well. Is anyone experiencing this issue as well?
I saw that people have been using cosmo / paxum / etc and have been getting paid without issue, so we're starting the corporate process for these accounts - but we really want to make sure we're paid what is due from CB for this last bi-weekly cycle.
Any help here would be appreciated.
