Hey ladies!

I've spent years around the camming industry, and I want to help other models make the business side of this job easier, less stressful, and more organized.

There's so much more to camming than just going online. We're tracking regulars, figuring out who's spending money, managing bookings, keeping up with messages, watching our earnings, promoting content, and trying to keep everything organized across different platforms.

I'm taking on PAID PROJECTS NOW to help models solve some of these problems. I'm also developing a project called Cam Companion — Cam smarter, not harder. I want to build solutions around problems real models actually have.

Here's what I can help you with!

WHALE FINDER REPORTS

Find your top-spending clients using available transaction exports. See who spends the most, how frequently they spend, and who your best customers are.

BUSIEST & SLOWEST CAMMING TIMES

Analyze your earnings data to identify your strongest days, hours, and slower periods so you can make more informed decisions about your schedule.

CONTENT & VIDEO SALES

Organize available sales data to help identify which videos or types of content perform best and where your sales are coming from.

FINANCIAL TRACKING & PLATFORM COMPARISONS

Organize your earnings, track fees and refunds, compare platforms, and get a clearer picture of where your money is coming from.

CLIENT DATABASES

Create an organized system for tracking regulars, customer preferences, important notes, birthdays, and follow-ups.

EMAIL LIST BUILDERS & MODEL NEWSLETTERS

Want to stay in touch with your fans and keep your regulars coming back? I can help you organize a permission-based email list and create a newsletter you can send weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.

Your newsletter could include:

New videos, clips, and other content releases.

New toys, outfits, looks, or themes you're excited to show off.

Your upcoming schedule and special appearances.

Personal updates about what you've been up to lately.

Special offers, promotions, and upcoming events.

Personalized updates for your biggest spenders and loyal fans, where appropriate.

The goal is to make it easier to stay connected with your audience, remind fans what you have available, and give them reasons to come back. I can help with the list organization, newsletter templates, and planning the content.

BOOKINGS & ORGANIZATION

Simple booking trackers, spreadsheets, daily planners, and systems to help you stop juggling everything in your head.

BRANDING & PROMOTION

Need help organizing your brand, coming up with promotional ideas, or creating a more consistent look for your business? I can help with that, too.

CUSTOM PROBLEM-SOLVING

Have another business-related headache? Tell me what you're trying to accomplish, and I'll see if I can come up with a practical solution.

HOW IT WORKS

These are paid services, not free consulting. I'll agree on the price and exactly what you'll receive before starting any work.

I'm keeping my initial offers affordable and starting with straightforward projects that can provide something useful without a complicated setup.

For example, I'm offering introductory Whale Finder Reports for $10–$15 USD per platform, using an existing CSV earnings or transaction export. Additional platforms and more detailed analysis are priced separately.

You don't need to buy software or sign up for a subscription just to ask about a project.

NOW I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

I'm interested in finding out what problems models actually need solved.

What's the most frustrating part of running your camming business?

What wastes the most time every week?

What information about your earnings or customers do you wish you could see more easily?

Do you struggle to keep your regulars informed about new content, promotions, and your schedule?

Would a newsletter or organized email list be useful to your business?

If someone could solve ONE business problem for you, what would you pay to have taken off your plate?

Comment below or send me a message describing what you need help with. I'll let you know whether I can help and what it would cost before we proceed.

Please don't share passwords, private customer details, or sensitive account information. Email lists should use appropriate consent and unsubscribe options.

I'm here to find practical ways to make this job easier for all of us, one problem at a time.

No, you are here to try and make some money, otherwise your first post wouldn't have been a pitch. Making money is fine, we all love making money, so why be disingenuous with your intent?

Pls don't kill me but I am confused why this post is getting so much flak? The only thing I'm not seeing is links to prove her experience, and an explanation of what "I've spent years around the camming industry" means.

These service are labor, and people hire for this type of thing all the time? I hire people to help me organize my files and stuff? I also didn't think it was disengenous? The how it works clearly lays out pricing and how she wants to make money??

To the OP.. if you're not scared off - can you tell us more about your experience in the industry? Were you ever a model?

I’m also curious to learn more about her.

I can understand hesitation when this is a first post, I think things normally go over better when a person is already somewhat established with ACFers socially before dropping what’s essentially an ad. But I wouldn’t have put it through the queue had I thought it was anything nefarious.

I'll be honest. The industry isn't in this spiral right now. I don't know anyone who needs a third party to help them figure out how to run this down when it's spelled out everywhere. There was no introductory post just a hey I want to make money off of you and here's how I want to do it. I mean I guess kudos for honesty.

Yeah I mean it wasn’t formatted great, but at least it wasn’t written by Ai lol

It’s less about needing help knowing how to do it and more about time to do it? Tons of my friends (mostly OF models, some Cam models and several producers) hire labor - running accounts, newsletters, writing copy, video editing, I just trained my old neighbor to organize all my old phone photos and snaps, and I have a posting assistant/video editor.

Sorry but these services are things I look for. The email services and organization labor in particular. I don’thave time and I suck at spreadsheets. I’ve been thinking about using some kind of CRM for years and it’s absolutely not my best skillset so I’m open to hiring someone down the line to just take it all off my plate

I do agree a proper intro is needed. Want to know who this person is and their background

To be that busy would be a blessing but I just don't think there are many of us on here who are.
Heard, tho i wanna be clear I'm not making crazy money or anything. I just try to put out a lot of videos and spread myself thin over a bunch of sites and would rather be shooting. It's self imposed busy-ness rather than like a million customers keeping me busy. But like, I have to make more volume of content to afford to pay people so its kinda a vicious circle lolzzzz

Slightly off tangent but I was reading an article the other day on the BBC about ‘Clippers’ who take long form YT videos and clip them down to TikTok-sized versions for various clients.

At first I thought - “why wouldn’t the client just do that themselves?”

I suppose my point is that as I read the article I realised that this person frees up time for the client to do their main job and if the price is right then it makes additional income for both parties. One guy said he was making £10,000 a month at 22 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hey its me the one who posted this. I had to look up the word Disingenuous means acting with a lack of candor, hiding true motives, or giving a false appearance of simple honesty to deceive someone because I didnt know what it meant. And my complete apologies to anyone who found it to be that way, it was not my intention.. I didnt think anyone would care but let me introduce myself. My name is Charly and Ive been in the sex industry pretty much my whole life did camming back in the 2000s, escorted like 3 times, did topless massages for 10 years, was a plumber for 15 years, and most recently been living in Mexico and started camming again on Skyprivate for the last 6 years. And in those years I dealt with and saw first hand all the frustrations, the admin work, the disarrayed resources and scattered tools, I know all the work that happens behind the scenes. But I hate camming now, so the reason for this post is to offer my services to other people, so I dont have to cam anymore. I want to create a hub of tools for creators and cammers to help make your jobs easier, more profitable, and less stressful. But I need to find out what tools people really want and need and if they willing to pay for them. So thats the reason for the post again I apologize that it didnt come off that way. So if anyone needs help with anything, I would love the work!! And if anyone is willing to give me some feedback on what tools are most important that would be amazing too, thanks for your time!!!

Hey appreciate the candor and the intro!

I’m running around so short on time but tools I find most helpful personally:

- spreadsheets/data entry and/or CRM management
- content organization and clip posting assistance (I currently hire for both)
- video editing (I also hire for this)
- income/trend tracking across multiple platforms. This requires a fairly high level of trust For me to hire though.
- someone running an Instagram for me with VERY little oversight. I did hire for this recently and the acct got locked out and I haven’t come back to it but once I have the funds later next year I intend to look back into this. I do not want to micromanage so I need someone familiarized w my niches and brand and well versed in Instagram strategies to take that completely of my plate.

I have some other thoughts about the newsletter stuff but will come back to that. What wastes the most time for me each week other than my own procrastination (lol) is probably DMs and dealing with clients on 500 different platforms. And custom video planning/pre production… but i dunno if that specifically is a service that I can outsource.

Unrelated but I just came back from Mexico and you mentioned you were a plumber so I’m curious what you think of their plumbing infrastructure because in Mexico City I could not get a good shower for the life of me. It literally is one of the reasons I won’t move there with my sister - I need reliable hot water!!!

I could hire someone, but I wouldn't because I am too worried I would hire the wrong person then it would take forever to fire them. So in the meantime, I'm losing out on revenue I probably could have. However, I just don't want to deal with payroll, and taking the chance on someone I don't know. I don't even want to take a chance on people I do know, because liking someone as a friend, doesn't mean I'm going to be approving of their work ethic. I'm pretty much a workaholic myself, so you can imagine what my standards for others are...

I'll tell you if I was willing to take the risk, what I would want: to help you on your journey, though.
(I'm not gonna read Lacey's post above mine until after I type this. So you know I haven't been subconsciously influenced.)
And that way you can tally any cross over.

The needs I have: I could use someone to run an OF for me. I couldn't keep running an OF because there wasn't enough time in the day. They would have to edit shorts and footage for the account, but I would want to actually compose the messages. I'd be pretty demanding on how I wanted things edited, though. Although I would be willing to train.
I closed my OF simply because I couldn't keep up with it and everything else. It was making money every month, but I couldn't keep up.

That being said, I'd also want someone else to take over all editing and uploading for me.

I'm not even sure how this would work with file transfer, and I have so much I'm pretty sure they would need fiber internet to do the amount I wanted done in a day.

I want to write clip descriptions myself. I also would want to interact with all fans myself.
So I have thought about it more in the context of hiring someone with good video editing skills, or who I could teach good editing skills. And who could basically take over uploads. That would be pretty mindless, boring work, aside from the editing part. And I really don't even know how file transfer would work efficiently, or logistically how I'd train someone long-distance.

Honestly, I think I'd be a nightmare boss, unless I found someone who was super on the same page and wavelength as myself (naturally & artistic vision-wise) just because I'm so exacting and anal on so many things. And it would be super upsetting for both parties if I hired the wrong person and had to fire them again. Not something I'd take lightly.

just so you know - you don't have to put someone on payroll or anything. You can just hire as a contractor. I typically start of with one of jobs - organize this, run this for 1 month and then review. I always tell people my income fluctuates and I can't promise future work, these are 'gigs' basically. So if it's not working out, you can move on. The girl organizing for me, when i was going through my move I couldn't afford it so I paused her project till last month. My video editor/poster he started out doing just occasional edits for me, and as trust built I handed him more and more.

*editing to add - now after working with this one person for years, if he did decide to drop me I'd be pretty fucked I'd have to rehire and train someone but that dependency happens over time haha... with the smaller gig work it's usually not stuff that I can't handle if they drop me. Which is honetly the bigger issue is gig workers using it as a temporary thing.

File transfer for editing is pretty simple I pay for a 4TB dropbox which all my content goes in and my editor accesses it. I sort the videos into folders per video. We have a spreadsheet he maintains and I fiddle in that has the posting schedule. He delivers via dropbox also and it syncs to my PC. He creates thumbs on my canva acct as a team member so I can see his work. I deliver editing notes via a google drive folder and a template, and I write my own copy which goes in there too and he does the posting.

Point being you just slowly create a system and build it to suit. If you ever do want to explore it, its not too hard.

Thanks, this has given me a lot to think about. I appreciate it.

I didnt think anyone would care but let me introduce myself.
Of course we care, trusting our content in someone else's eyes, hands, intentions, and motives is a huge trust-fall for a model. If we don't know your work, your skill sets, why would we pay you to handle our entire brand? That's where I was coming from and though I worded it hastily and in an emotional manner, I think a lot of us had that reaction.

Thank you for the introduction. I hope you hang around the forum and interact with us outside of just trying to grow your cam retirement business.
